Real estate auction information platform Auction Yard announced on the 7th that it has signed a strategic partnership with auction proxy bidding specialist service Bartoner to support real estate auction proxy bidding.
Through this partnership, the two companies plan to strengthen the expertise and accessibility of the auction bidding process by linking the provision of auction information and proxy bidding services. Auction Yard will provide customized auction information based on its own extensive real estate auction data, and Bartoner will support proxy bidding services so that even beginners in auctions can easily participate.
Since its launch, Batoner has accumulated a total of 240 billion won in bid deposits and has maintained zero (0) guarantee accidents and security accidents to date. It is a platform that has been evaluated as enhancing user convenience and safety by having a structure in which agents perform complex auction procedures. Recently, it has also expanded its social role by operating an auction support program for victims of lease fraud.
