
SKAI Intelligence, an AI-based content creation and marketing solution company, announced that it has acquired French digital commerce agency SESAME Digital. Through this acquisition, SKAI Intelligence plans to strengthen its response to the local European market and fully launch the global expansion of its AI-based commerce content solutions.
This acquisition is evaluated as a decisive turning point that will dramatically enhance Sky Intelligence's technological capabilities and global service portfolio by going beyond the level of simple branch establishment or local expansion and directly internalizing the capabilities of a digital commerce company proven in Europe.
Sesame Digital, based in France, the UK, and Spain, provides services covering the entire online commerce of brands, from UX/UI design and operation of e-commerce sites to content production for digital campaigns. It is particularly strong in its ‘performance-centered content’ solution that organically connects brand storytelling and online conversion. Based on execution and creativity optimized for the rapidly changing social commerce environment, it has extensive experience collaborating with global brands that prioritize performance, such as Messika, Breitling Group, Celio Group, Piaget, and Repetto.
In addition, Sesame is currently active as an official TikTok TSP in France, the UK, and Spain, and has the expertise to lead the entire process of planning, operation, and performance tracking of social platform-based commerce, including shoppertainment, live commerce, short-form content and advertising, and influencer-linked sales, thereby establishing an unrivaled position in the European social commerce market.
Sky Intelligence has global luxury brands headquartered in Europe, including BVLGARI, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Hublot, and Cartier as its main clients, and provides a wide range of solutions from product content creation to marketing automation and localization strategies. Through this acquisition, it is expected that the depth and scalability of the partnership will be significantly strengthened by securing the ability to directly perform AI-based full-service in Europe, going beyond the role of a simple content provider. In particular, by absorbing Sesame’s market insight and commerce execution capabilities, it is expected to provide strategic momentum in terms of not only existing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, but also new brand attraction and sales growth.
The two companies have already demonstrated high synergy by continuing their collaboration since 2024. Sesame has introduced Sky Intelligence’s proprietary 3D+AI content creation technology to respond to the 3D-based content needs of high-end brands in Europe, and through this acquisition, the collaboration between the two companies is expected to transform from a short-term project to a long-term growth alliance structure.
