Vision AI specialist company Seelab announced on the 7th that its latest Vision AI solution, XAIVA ON-DEVICE, has obtained KC radio conformity certification and is entering full-scale sales.
KC Radio Certification is a mandatory certification for manufacturing and distributing electronic devices in Korea. It is a national certification system that comprehensively evaluates whether the product meets radio compatibility, safety, and quality standards. C-Lab explained that it has been officially certified by the Radio Testing and Certification Center that it meets all standards and is a product that is harmless to the human body and can be used safely.
X-IVA OnDevice is an AI-based quality hygiene management solution for industrial sites subject to bio and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) regulations. Through AI object detection and tracking technology, it can automatically check the worker's hygiene clothing wearing status, object movement, etc. in less than 1 second, and can significantly improve objectivity and reliability compared to existing manual inspections by judging with an accuracy of over 99%.
In addition, the GPU device is installed in the kiosk, so AI image analysis can be performed immediately without complex system construction. The lightweight technology of the AI model is applied, so high-performance image analysis functions can be stably implemented even in a low-spec GPU environment. Customers can significantly reduce initial introduction costs and operational burdens.
X-IVA OnDevice also provides powerful functions in terms of responding to on-site audits. It automatically generates standard reports that comply with GMP standards and prevents risks of document forgery or omission through the electronic signature function.
“XAIVA ON-DEVICE is a solution that overcomes the uncertainty of existing human-centered quality control systems with AI,” said Se-hyuk Yoon, CEO of XAILAB. “Now, companies can expect tangible results such as increased predictability and efficiency in quality control, minimizing regulatory risks, and improving productivity.”
He added, “Siilab’s X-iVA platform has already begun to be introduced by global cosmetics manufacturers and bio companies, and as a unique AI real-time video platform, its technological prowess is recognized, so the supply of X-iVA on-device is expected to expand rapidly in the future.”
