– Reorganization of the Joonggonara app and web home screen… Providing personalized product recommendations based on users’ interests and behavior patterns
– Improved user experience (UI) to improve usability and product search convenience of the Joonggonara app

Secondhand transaction platform Joonggonara (CEO Choi In-wook) announced on the 2nd that it has revamped the main home screen of its Joonggonara app and web to enhance the customized secondhand transaction experience for users.

This reorganization focuses on providing personalized product recommendation features based on individual users' interests and behavior patterns, and implementing a more intuitive and convenient user experience (UX).

The most noticeable change is the customized product curation area that reflects the user's tastes. While it was previously composed mainly of the latest registered products and popular products, the revamped home screen suggests recommended products based on the user's keywords of interest, and also allows users to check at a glance the products they have recently searched for or saved.

In addition, a function has been added that provides real-time update information on products of interest, such as ▲price reduction ▲increase in number of likes ▲'pull up' (pull up) notifications, so users can quickly understand changes in the status of the desired product and make faster and more reasonable purchase decisions.

The user interface (UI) has also been improved to enhance the usability of the Joonggonara app. The top of the app’s main screen has been arranged to group together frequently used main function icons such as ▲Product Search ▲New Notifications ▲List of Interested Products, reducing unnecessary movement, and the existing quick menu area has been reorganized to focus on popular categories and special exhibitions that users are interested in, enhancing the convenience of product search.

In particular, the 'Certified Seller' special exhibition presented through this reorganization is expected to provide users with a more trustworthy environment and satisfactory transaction experience by allowing them to see approximately 530 products registered by certified professional sellers in one place.

Joonggonara CEO Choi In-wook said, “This reorganization focused on allowing users to more conveniently discover and trade the products they want on the Joonggonara app by reflecting the tastes and transaction needs of each individual user,” and added, “We will continue to improve our services to provide a safe, user-centered secondhand transaction experience.”
