BRP Labs, which operates the pharmacy-only health brand Our Pharm, announced that it has appointed Baropharm Managing Director Yong-geun Kim as its new CEO. Accordingly, BRP Labs will transition from the existing sole CEO system of Gyu-yoon Cho to a co-CEO system of Yong-geun Kim and Gyu-yoon Cho.
CEO Yong-Geun Kim joined Baropharm in 2023 and has been in charge of marketing and sales as CMO. He has worked at Hanmi Pharmaceutical, Korea Pfizer Pharmaceutical, and Korea Menarini, and most recently served as the head of the marketing headquarters at Boryung Consumer Healthcare.
BRP Labs, a subsidiary of Baropharm, a total pharmacy management platform company, recently selected Na-young Kim as its advertising model and is conducting various marketing activities, starting with the public broadcast advertisement for Barotamin Kids.
Along with this reorganization, BRL Labs has appointed Eunpyo Seo, the new director of Baropharm, and plans to strengthen various pharmacy services and promote business expansion based on the organization of specialized pharmacy sales representatives.
BRP Labs CEO Yong-Geun Kim said, “Through this transition to a separate representative system, we plan to strengthen our expertise in both pharmacy specialty services and brand marketing, and further solidify the system for sustainable growth.”
