Jobis&Villains (CEO Yongsu Jeong and Juseok Baek), which operates the 'Tax Assistance Service for 20 Million Citizens' Samjyeonsam, announced on the 30th that it will be introducing its first 'Personalized Tax Service Using AI' to coincide with the May comprehensive income tax filing season, which is just one day away.

'AI Personalization Service' is one of Samjyeonsam's projects prepared in preparation for the final tax filing. It learns over 12.2 million accumulated refund filing data through a large-scale language model (LLM) to divide customer characteristics into occupation, income, gender, age group, etc., and applies customized tax analysis logic. Depending on the customer's situation, up to 4,608 people will see different screens (flows).

The first introduction of a correction claim was made to optimize personal deductions.

Samjyeonsam, which has focused on improving its services since its launch in 2020, aims to achieve the 'maximum refund' for each individual through this tax correction claim. Various deduction items such as monthly rent tax deduction and small business employment reduction are applied, and the document review time has been drastically shortened to less than 30 seconds through AI analysis. Marriage tax deduction has also been newly added from the 2025 regular report. Deductions for dependents and other personal deductions have been further refined.

The tax payment service has also been installed for the first time. It is a one-stop service that can handle everything from filing to refund and payment, taking us one step closer to ‘comprehensive income tax completion.’ We also operate an advertising platform (TA service) that connects Samjyeonsam’s partner tax accountants.

The 'Safe Refund System' that puts customers first will be implemented again this year. You can check your refund application details through the Samjyeonsam app, and Samjyeonsam will take full responsibility for your refund journey. In May of last year, 2.11 million customers chose Samjyeonsam during the regular tax filing period.
