Venture Business Association, '2025 Youth Employment Powerhouse Small and Medium Business Youth Supporters Launch Ceremony' held

The Korea Venture Business Association (Chairman Song Byeong-jun) announced that it held the '2025 Youth Employment Small and Medium Business Youth Supporters Inauguration Ceremony' in the association conference room on the 30th.

Youth Supporters is a program that selects young people interested in youth employment small and medium-sized enterprises and directly promotes them. This year, 50 youth employment small and medium-sized enterprises and 50 youth supporters will be matched 1:1 to operate, and the company's ▲organizational culture, ▲work environment, ▲welfare system, etc. will be vividly introduced.

About 100 people, including HR managers from youth employment powerhouses and youth supporters, attended the inauguration ceremony online and offline, and the matched companies and youth supporters had time to discuss meeting and promotional plans.

The event included a Q&A session along with a general explanation of the Youth Supporters program, an award ceremony, and networking between companies and youth.

The selected youth supporters will visit and report on the youth employment powerhouses they are in charge of from May to mid-August and produce various online contents (card news, reels, shorts, etc.). The produced promotional contents will be released through the official youth employment powerhouses’ homepages and SNS, and each youth supporter’s personal SNS.

Young people who complete the Youth Supporters program will receive a certificate of completion from the Minister of Employment and Labor and an activity fee of 350,000 won. In addition, five outstanding participants will receive a commendation from the President of the Venture Business Association and a prize of 550,000 won.

One participant selected as a youth supporter said, “I am happy to have been selected as a supporter to promote excellent youth job-creating small and medium-sized enterprises,” and “I will work hard to create content that can effectively convey the appeal of companies that are aligned with the youth job-creating small and medium-sized enterprises project to young people.”

An official from the Korea Venture Business Association said, “We hope that the content created by young people through their own efforts can be delivered as practical employment information to job seekers,” and added, “We will continue to work to improve youth employment and awareness of small and medium-sized businesses through various forms of support in the future.”
