Electronic contract specialist company Modusign Co., Ltd. has won the '2025 Korea Service Satisfaction Award' for the sixth consecutive year.
The 'Republic of Korea Service Satisfaction Award' is an award hosted by the Hankook Ilbo and sponsored by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy. It is awarded to companies and organizations that provide excellent service by comprehensively evaluating customer satisfaction, service quality, and market influence.
Modusign currently provides electronic contracts and electronic signature services to more than 320,000 companies and organizations. It has promoted digital transformation in the public and private sectors through electronic document-based solutions that overcome the limitations of paper-based contracts and reduce inefficiencies in time, cost, and human resources. In particular, it is evaluated to have contributed to the expansion of the domestic electronic document management system based on its experience in providing electronic signature services to public institutions.
Last year, Modusign received the Electronic Document Merit Award and the Minister's Award from the Ministry of Science and ICT's Public SaaS Development and Verification Project. Through this, the company's technological prowess and public contribution in the field of electronic documents and electronic signatures were also officially recognized.
In the security certification sector, Modusign has acquired all major domestic and international information security certifications, including ISMS-P, CSAP certification, ISO 27001, 27017, and 27018. By securing these certifications, it is building trust among customers with high security requirements, such as public institutions, financial institutions, and large corporations, and expanding its market share.
Modusign is set to launch 'Modusign Cabinet', an AI-based contract management service, this year. The platform supports systematic management and utilization of contracts through various functions such as automatic contract classification and data extraction, reminder settings, and integrated storage, and is expected to increase the efficiency of corporate contract work.
Lee Young-jun, CEO of Modusign, said, “This award is the result of technology-centered service innovation and continuous response to customer needs,” and added, “We will continue to provide solutions that help various industries achieve digital transformation and contribute to the growth of the entire electronic contract ecosystem.”
