Chungbuk Institute of Science and Technology Innovation (hereinafter referred to as Chungbuk Institute of Science and Technology) held the 'AI Insight Forum' at Samjeong Hotel in Seoul on the 25th.
This event was jointly hosted and organized by the Super Large AI Promotion Council, the Ministry of Science and ICT, the National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA), Chungcheongbuk-do, Cheongju City, Chungbuk Institute of Science and Technology, Korea Artificial Intelligence and Software Industry Association (KOSA), and Electronic Times, and was attended by approximately 100 people, including KOSA member companies, representatives of excellent digital companies in Chungbuk, and experts from academia, industry, and research.
This forum was planned to introduce the major achievements of the 'Regional Digital Innovation Hub Creation Support Project' being promoted by Chungcheongbuk-do Province over the past year and to strengthen the foundation for cooperation with the domestic and international AI industries.
The event was held in the following order: ▲Introduction of 6 excellent companies in Chungbuk ▲Announcement of Chungbuk Digital Innovation Hub Creation Project (Director Taein Hyun of Chungbuk Institute of Science and Technology) ▲Special lecture ‘AI Strategy and AI Agent Utilization Plan’ (Executive Director Geonbok Lee of Microsoft).
The Chungbuk digital excellence companies introduced that day, Seongchang Co., Ltd., Eniasoft Co., Ltd., DL Information Technology Co., Ltd., Secureware Co., Ltd., Bizforce Co., Ltd., and Manna CEA Co., Ltd., all have AI-based verification and commercialization experience and presented the possibility of joint technology development and business cooperation with KOSA member companies.
In his presentation, CEO Hyun Tae-in explained the achievements and future direction of the Chungbuk Digital Innovation Hub Creation Project, which focuses on ▲nurturing digital anchor companies and excellent companies ▲establishing a global AI network ▲creating a large-scale AI industrial innovation ecosystem, and proposed practical business cooperation plans between KOSA member companies and Chungbuk companies.
In his welcoming speech, Chungbuk Institute of Science and Technology President Koh Geun-seok said, “I hope this event will strengthen the foundation for cooperation between leading digital companies in the metropolitan area and Chungbuk, and serve as an opportunity to lead the AI and digital industries in Korea.”
