Rico CEO Kim Geun-ho said, “Since group food service facilities generate hundreds of kilograms of food waste per day, systematic management is essential,” and added, “At this expo, you will be able to see waste reduction cases from major domestic food service facilities, as well as Upbox’s various management services. I hope that many nutritionists and cooks will have the opportunity to experience more efficient waste management through Upbox.”
