Reward-type healthcare platform 'Superwork', large-scale update to strengthen running and walking functions

– Enhanced exercise practicality and intuitiveness, such as sound notifications when target speed is deviated from and visualization of running indicators

– ‘Auto Stop Pass’ that automatically detects movement and pauses, positive response in pre-test

Proground Co., Ltd. (CEO Tae-Wan Kim), which operates the reward-type web3 healthcare platform ‘Superwork’, announced that it has implemented a large-scale function update to enhance user convenience and exercise immersion.

Superwalk operates a 'Pro Mode' that rewards virtual currency for walking, running, and other exercises while wearing NFT shoes, and a 'Basic Mode' in the form of a pedometer that can be used without any separate equipment. It is currently recording 410,000 cumulative subscribers and a monthly reuse rate of 81%, continuing its rapid growth among Web3-based M2E (Move to Earn) services.

The newly added features this time are ▲sound notification when target speed is deviated from ▲automatic stop pass ▲quick item purchase mode ▲visualization of running indicators such as pace, cadence, and calories ▲NFT shoe energy guide, etc., focusing on increasing users' exercise practicality and interface intuitiveness.

In particular, the 'auto stop pass' is a function that detects the user's movements and automatically pauses or resumes exercise. Its characteristic feature is that it can be flexibly used to suit the individual's exercise environment and style through sensitivity settings.

The feature passed the stability and effectiveness verification in a pre-test conducted with approximately 1,500 users before its official launch, and proved to be positive, with 74% of users who participated in the test indicating a willingness to reuse it.

Since its launch in 2022, Superwork has focused on building and operating user-friendly services to eliminate entry barriers to Web3. Following this update, the company plans to implement a ‘Profit Simulator’ function that calculates expected rewards before exercise to help users establish customized exercise strategies in the first half of the year.

Proground CEO Kim Tae-wan said, “We have actively reflected the opinions suggested by actual users in the Superwork community, effectively improving user immersion and convenience compared to competing services,” and added, “We will continue to work on enhancing functions to induce continuous participation from users.”
