Gyeonggi Innovation Center, '2025 CCEI Global Top-tier Elevator' Participating Companies Recruitment

The Gyeonggi Center for Creative Economy and Innovation (hereinafter referred to as the Gyeonggi Innovation Center) announced on April 21 that it will recruit startups to participate in the '2025 CCEI Global Top-tier Elevator' program (hereinafter referred to as 2025 Top-tier). The Gyeonggi Innovation Center was selected by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups as a global strategic hub for innovation centers nationwide, and will be in charge of comprehensively supporting the global expansion of innovation center incubated companies nationwide starting in 2024.

The 2025 Top-tier Program is a global open innovation program that collaborates with three global partners: ▲Volvo (Sweden) ▲Lenovo (USA/China) ▲Radial (USA/Belgium), providing promising incubated companies in innovation centers across the country with opportunities to collaborate with global partner companies. This program is designed to enable domestic startups to create real global verification results and establish a bridgehead for entering the global market through collaboration based on demand technology from global partners.

The recruitment target is companies that have been established for less than 7 years (10 years for new industries) among the incubated companies of the National Creative Economy Innovation Center, and the 10 companies that are finally selected will receive support such as ▲PoC (Proof of Concept) specialized acceleration ▲meetups and PoC proposals with partner large corporations ▲publication of planned articles and promotion for companies with excellent performance.

The recruitment period is from April 21 to May 16, and details can be found on the K-Startup Startup Support Portal or the Gyeonggi Innovation Center website .

An official from the Gyeonggi Innovation Center said, “The 2025 Top-tier Program is a program designed to help innovation center incubators nationwide create real results with global corporations,” and added, “We hope to demonstrate the technological prowess and marketability of innovation center incubators through PoCs with Volvo, Lenovo, and Radial.” He added, “We hope to receive a lot of support from innovation center incubators nationwide.”
