NC AI is joining hands with Sandbox Network , a leading domestic MCN company, to provide media AI support for the global advancement of domestic creators.
According to NC AI on the 26th, the two companies signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for 'joint cooperation in technical support and business activities' at the Sandbox Office in Yongsan, Seoul, with the attendance of NC AI CEO Lee Yeon-soo, Sandbox CEO Lee Pil-sung, and creator and CCO Dotty. This agreement focuses on combining AI technology and a creator network to innovate the content creation ecosystem and strengthen global competitiveness.
NC AI provides AI solutions to various media fields such as games, animation, advertising, short-form, and webtoons, and is promoting automation and efficiency of the creative process through cutting-edge technologies such as voice synthesis, translation, dubbing, and 3D animation creation. Sandbox Network is a leading domestic MCN established in 2015, leading the digital content industry by managing more than 200 teams of creators.
Through this MOU, NC AI's AI technology and Sandbox's content production and network capabilities are expected to be combined to create a synergy effect. In particular, NC AI will promote the K-AI project by utilizing the large-scale language model 'Barco LLM' currently under development, and Sandbox will cooperate in the content AI utilization and expansion of the model.
The two companies will support creators’ global communication and content expansion in fields such as multilingual translation, voice synthesis, 3D modeling, and design through AI technology. NC AI’s translation technology specializes in game and media terminology, providing natural real-time multilingual translation, and its voice synthesis technology enables automatic dubbing in more than 10 languages even with a single video, allowing creators to communicate with fans in their actual voices. In addition, it supports borderless communication in live broadcasts and community chats through real-time multilingual chatbot technology.
Using NC AI's 3D modeling and fashion AI solutions, creators can create 3D avatars and goods with simple 2D images or freely design fashion. In addition, various AI technologies such as animation motion generation, voice synthesis, and sound effect production can be used to improve the quality and efficiency of content production.
