Asan Nanum Foundation is recruiting startup representatives and executives to participate in the 7th ‘Asan Leadership Coaching’, a professional leadership coaching program for entrepreneurs, until the 28th of next month.
'Asan Leadership Coaching' is a professional coaching program that strengthens the leadership capacity and resilience of startup representatives and management, and supports the sustainable growth of the organization. This 7th program, which runs for 4 months, consists of leadership diagnosis, OT workshops, individual or team coaching, and retrospective meetings, and provides customized coaching from a domestic professional coaching team with leadership coaching expertise and understanding of the startup ecosystem.
This year, Asan Leadership Coaching will be operated in two tracks: 'Individual Coaching (25 people)' and 'Team Coaching (5 teams)'. First, the 'Individual Coaching' track, which is conducted 1:1, is recruiting startup representatives. Startup representatives who participate in the individual coaching will have a total of 7 1:1 coaching and coaching retrospective meetings to share in-depth thoughts on topics such as ▲strengthening leadership and resilience capabilities ▲improving organizational performance ▲strategic planning and decision-making ▲communication and feedback. The recruitment target is the representative of a for-profit organization with 10 or more full-time employees or a non-profit organization with 5 or more full-time and part-time employees, and a total of 25 people will be selected.
The newly introduced 'Team Coaching' track in this 7th batch allows startup CEOs and key executives such as C-level or strategic planning team leaders who make major decisions for the organization to participate together. Team coaching consists of 1:1 individual coaching for CEOs, pre-workshops, and many-to-one team coaching for key executives. Startups participating in team coaching can receive in-depth group coaching on ▲strengthening key executive leadership capabilities, ▲establishing organizational vision, ▲strengthening the leadership group's problem-solving capabilities, and ▲building psychological safety within the organization. A total of 5 startups with 20 or more full-time employees will be selected for the team coaching track.
Meanwhile, Asan Leadership Coaching participants can continue to reflect on their leadership experiences and participate in various networking activities that allow for mutual growth through the alumni community even after completing the program.
Asan Leadership Coaching is available only to startups that have been incorporated for more than two years, are alumni companies that have participated in programs operated by the Asan Nanum Foundation, or startups recommended by the foundation's partners. The cost of participating in the program is free, and the Asan Nanum Foundation will fully support it. Applications for participation can be submitted online on the Asan Nanum Foundation website from April 28 to May 28 at 5:00 PM. The final list of selected applicants will be announced on June 5.
