Apartment Eye , a platform for supporting apartment living, announced on the 24th that it signed a business agreement with Nowon-gu, Seoul (Mayor Seung-rok Oh) to digitalize apartment management tasks and practice energy conservation.
This agreement is for the purpose of achieving carbon neutrality and improving management efficiency in apartment complexes. The two organizations will digitalize management tasks through digital-based services such as electronic voting and electronic document boxes, and promote the electronic conversion of management fee notices. Through this, they plan to reduce paper use and provide more transparent energy usage information for each household, thereby encouraging residents to save energy.
In particular, through cooperation with Nowon-gu, we plan to provide a function that allows households to set energy saving goals and check whether they have achieved them, and households that achieve their goals will be given points that can be used to pay management fees. The goal is to encourage voluntary energy saving practices through this.
Apartment Eye CEO Lee Won-jae said, “This agreement is an important opportunity to create a digital transformation in apartment management and a sustainable apartment living culture,” and added, “Starting with our collaboration with Nowon-gu, we plan to expand our services to apartment complexes nationwide.”
