Infinix, Japan Unison signs 'AI solution distribution contract'

Infinix, an artificial intelligence platform specialist, announced on the 24th that it has signed a distribution agreement with Japan's UNI ELECTRONICS for its AI solutions and will begin to advance into the Japanese market in earnest.

Uni Electronics is a global trading company established in 1966, with bases in major overseas regions such as the United States, Singapore, and Hong Kong, and provides customized solutions in various industrial fields such as smart factories, automation systems, and communication equipment. Uni Electronics, which currently has approximately 1,000 customers, will cooperate with Infinic in supplying AI solutions and promoting joint businesses in Japan through this contract.

Through this contract, Infiniq plans to supply its representative AI solutions, including ▲ personal information de-identification solution 'HEIDI AI Private' ▲ intelligent image analysis solution 'HEIDI AI Guard' ▲ AI integrated development platform 'AI STUDIO' to the Japanese market. The two companies plan to strengthen their position in the Japanese market by expanding overall cooperation in areas such as product supply, technical support, promotion, and marketing.

As their first official collaboration, the two companies jointly participated in Japan's largest IT exhibition, '2025 Japan IT Week Spring', held at Tokyo Big Sight until April 25. At the exhibition, Heidi AI Private's real-time facial de-identification demo attracted the attention of visitors.

Heidi AI Private is an AI-based solution that automatically blurs sensitive information in videos and images, and is designed to comply with global privacy regulations, including Japan’s Personal Information Protection Act (APPI), Europe’s GDPR, and the United States’ CCPA.

In addition, Heidi AI Guard is a video analysis solution that predicts risks by analyzing various situations such as crowd density, fire detection, and intrusion detection in real time, and AI Studio is a platform that supports the entire AI development process from data processing to learning and model distribution, and is provided in SaaS and on-premise forms.

Infiniq CEO Park Jun-hyung said, “This strategic collaboration with Unison is an important stepping stone for entering the Japanese AI market,” and “We will further strengthen Infiniq’s position in the global market as we have the opportunity to showcase our technological prowess by communicating directly with customers through the local exhibition.”
