S&I Corporation (CEO Hyung Won-jun, hereinafter referred to as S&I), a comprehensive real estate management company based on PropTech, announced on the 24th that it signed a business agreement (MOU) with Busan Metropolitan City (Mayor Park Hyung-jun) and Busan IT Industry Promotion Agency (President Kim Tae-yeol) to build a data center industry ecosystem in the Busan region.
Through this agreement, SNI plans to actively promote the creation of an eco-friendly data center industry ecosystem centered around the ‘Eco Delta City Green Data Center Complex’ located in Gangseo-gu, Busan.
SNI will pursue various cooperative projects with the city of Busan and provide support such as ▲technology consulting and sharing of operational know-how related to core infrastructure such as power, cooling, security, and firefighting ▲technology consulting to improve data center infrastructure efficiency ▲provision of practical field training and education programs centered on practice ▲training of specialized personnel needed for the data center industry and creation of local jobs.
Based on the No. 1 capacity and long-standing know-how in the space management industry, SNI has continuously strengthened its differentiated expertise and competitiveness in domestic and international data center operation management for the past 30 years. As the industry's only data center safety management specialized organization, it remotely monitors and proactively responds to various threats such as fire, power outage, and intrusion 24 hours a day through its own developed integrated operation center (IOC) and building facility management system (atG).
