Early Investment Accelerator Association Holds MARK IR DAY

The first regular investment attraction event, 'MARK IR DAY', hosted by Seoul Startup Hub Mplus and in cooperation with the Early-stage Investment Accelerator Association, was held at the Seoul Startup Hub Mplus Community Hall on June 24.

'MARK IR DAY (MARK: Meet, Accelerate, Raise, Knock)' is a monthly regular offline IR (Investor Relations) program for technology-based startups located in Seoul, and was planned to support practical investment connections between startups and early-stage investment institutions. 12 startups and 6 early-stage investment institutions participated in this first event.

The event was divided into two parts, and in the first part, Digital Nutrition, Think Plan Do, Momit, Double Hour, AI Books, and Medicare Tech presented their technologies and business models. In the second part, Renewus Lab, Pestface, Rainbow Company, Bastion Robotics, Mars Nine, and Repli continued their presentations. Each presentation lasted about 10 minutes, and there was active communication through Q&A sessions with the investment institution reviewers.

Early investment institutions in attendance included Blue Bus Investment, Korea Investment Accelerator, Schmidt, Tap Angel Partners, Kingospring, and ITCEN. Among the companies that presented, 6 companies were pre-selected and provided 1:1 investment mentoring to provide customized feedback and in-depth consultation.

'MARK IR DAY' is a program designed to go beyond a simple presentation to help early-stage startups lead to actual investments, and is scheduled to be held regularly in August, October, and November. Through this, we plan to continue to promote the activation of Seoul's promising startup investment ecosystem.
