Inogrid Signs Business Agreement with Jet Converter Cloud

INNOGRID, a company specializing in cloud computing and digital transformation (DT), announced on the 24th that it signed a business agreement (MOU) with JetConverterCloud , a developer of cloud migration, cloud disaster recovery, and backup solutions, for joint promotion of cloud business.

The signing ceremony was held at Innogrid’s headquarters, and was attended by key officials from both companies, including Innogrid CEO Myungjin Kim and Jet Converter Cloud CEO Dongjun Min.

This agreement was pursued to strengthen the competitiveness of cloud-based solutions and services and jointly discover new business opportunities based on the cloud expertise and market experience of both companies. Through the agreement, the two companies plan to pursue ▲joint product launch in the form of a plug-in by combining Innogrid’s OpenStackIt, TapCloudIt, and JetConverterCloud ▲joint solution sales (cross-sales) ▲technical cooperation for building cloud disaster recovery and backup environments ▲personnel and technical exchanges to provide a stable cloud infrastructure environment, etc.

In particular, as demand for winback of foreign virtualization products and multi-hypervisor environments increases, the two companies plan to develop joint business centered on migration technology, a key element in cloud construction and conversion projects.

Innogrid is a company specializing in intelligent hybrid cloud operating platforms, and provides various cloud services such as cloud conversion consulting, cloud full-stack solutions (IaaS, PaaS, CMP, etc.), and cloud data center construction and operation businesses through its own cloud ecosystem called Cloudiverse. It has secured 290 types of intellectual property rights and has over 400 customer cases including government and public institutions, large corporations, and financial institutions.

JetConverterCloud is an authorized migration solution developer of the Open Infrastructure Foundation, which develops OpenStack, and as a core member of the OpenStack Migration Working Group, it is leading OpenStack migration technology in the global market. It provides cloud disaster recovery, automatic cloud conversion, and backup services to global companies and organizations such as Samsung Electronics, Woori Bank, Hanwha Group, and LG Chem.

Through this agreement, the two companies will strengthen regular technological exchanges and jointly pursue stable and reliable cloud system construction and conversion projects that meet customer needs.
