
Cosmo Robotics (Co-CEOs Jooyoung Oh and Gon Kang), a wearable robot specialist company, announced on the 24th that its US corporation won 3rd place in the 'Startup Pitching & VC Investment Forum' category at the 2025 World Korean Business Convention held in Atlanta, USA from the 17th to the 20th.
The 'Startup Pitching & VC Investment Forum' was a place where 20 promising companies representing Korea introduced their cutting-edge technologies and announced their strategies for entering the US market, the largest market in the world. The VC forum that followed was followed by one-on-one investment consultations with executives from large investment companies in the US.
At this 'Startup Pitching & VC Investment Forum', Cosmo Robotics USA provided investors with a detailed explanation of its patents, global certifications, technology overview, competitive edge, and US market entry strategy.
In addition, the event focused on introducing a pediatric medical rehabilitation wearable robot, emphasizing that it is a technology that covers the entire life cycle as a lower extremity rehabilitation medical device, and attracted the attention of participants by demonstrating the pediatric robot directly on site.
A senior official from Cosmo Robotics stated on the 24th, “Based on the results of this World Korean Business Convention Startup Pitching & VC Investment Forum, we plan to establish detailed strategies to accelerate our development into global markets, including the U.S.”
Meanwhile, Cosmo Robotics (formerly Exo Atlet) is an affiliate of Cosmo Group, which owns two listed companies, Cosmo Chemical and Cosmo New Materials, and is preparing for a KOSDAQ listing through a technology special provision in 2026.
