Platior participates in 'World IT Show 2025'

Platier, an AI/DX solution specialist, announced on the 23rd that it will participate in the 'World IT Show 2025 (WIS 2025)' to be held at COEX in Samseong-dong, Seoul from the 24th to the 26th. At this exhibition, Platier plans to showcase various specialized solutions in various fields centered on its artificial intelligence (AI) and digital transformation (DX) technologies.

Platire plans to focus on introducing solutions based on AI-based innovative technologies and domain expertise, with the goal of maximizing customers’ business performance. In this exhibition, the effectiveness of each solution will be shared through demo demonstrations and on-site consultations across major business areas such as AI commerce, AI CX (Customer Experience), and digital transformation.

In the AI commerce field, we will introduce 'Polar', a private generative AI language model specialized for e-commerce. Polar provides sophisticated search and response technology without concerns about data leakage based on a small language model (sLLM) optimized for the e-commerce domain. In addition, 'PolarOps' provides an AI service construction environment that meets the needs of customers by learning various foundation models and improving operational efficiency. In addition, 'X2BEE AI', an e-commerce specialized AI solution that helps innovate customer experience and increase sales, will also be unveiled.

In the AI CX field, we introduce AI personalized marketing solution 'groobee', generative AI search solution 'genser', and generative AI chatbot 'gelatto'. Groobee provides the functions necessary for the customer personalization journey from customer segmentation to recommendations and messaging using real-time data and AI, and genser is a conversational search solution that quickly recommends products that fit the customer's style and situation. Gelatto is a chatbot solution that can perform customer response and marketing simultaneously in a natural conversational format.

In the digital transformation field, we will introduce a DevOps toolchain that incorporates AI and an IT service management (ITSM) solution for enterprises. Platior's ITSM solution 'Matilda' is a solution optimized for the domestic environment based on ITIL4, the latest ITSM framework, and Atlassian JSM. It is expected to present a new standard for enterprise-wide service operation through linkage with an automated approval system and a DevOps environment.

“AI and DX are changing the industry, but it is difficult to create results with technology alone,” said Lee Sang-hoon, CEO of Platier. “Based on a deep understanding of the industry, Platier will provide technology optimized for customer businesses and, through this, connect the digital transformation journey to tangible results.”
