
IT&Basic Co., Ltd. announced on the 21st that it signed a business agreement (MOU) with the Korea Polytechnic University Human Resources Development Institute to strengthen teaching method education expertise.
The Korea Polytechnic University Talent Center is an institution dedicated to providing job competency improvement training to faculty and staff at approximately 40 campuses nationwide, and is disseminating the latest industrial technology trends, teaching methods, and student guidance techniques to educational settings.
IT&Basic is an HR tech company that operates the HR Total Solution 'SymOffice' and the career orientation solution 'SymCareer'. It supports the improvement of organizational and talent capabilities of companies and educational institutions through solutions based on scientific diagnosis and data analysis. Its flagship solution, 'SymOffice', is used by major companies such as Samsung Electronics and Naver, and its technology and marketability have been recognized, including by receiving investment from Naver.
Through this agreement, the two institutions plan to ▲strengthen teaching methods using ‘Simcareer’ for professors, ▲provide education to improve professor leadership through ‘SimOffice’ diagnosis, and ▲cooperate on educational content development and data analysis.
IT&Basic explained that this agreement laid the foundation for its solutions to contribute to improving the teaching capacity of professors in the public education sector, especially those in charge of technology-based vocational education.
CEO Min Kyung-wook said, “We expect that through cooperation with Korea Polytechnic University’s Human Resources Center, HR technology will be able to bring about real changes in the field of education,” and “We will actively support it so that it can help improve professors’ leadership and student guidance skills.”
