
The Daejeon Creative Economy Innovation Center (CEO Daehee Park, hereinafter referred to as the Daejeon Innovation Center) is constantly recruiting deep-tech startups that hope to secure technological competitiveness and attract investment by utilizing promising technologies from universities and research institutes in the Daejeon area through the '2025 Public Technology Planning-type Startup Support (Deep Tech Studio)' project.
Daejeon Innovation Center plans to establish a foundation for the stable establishment and growth of promising public technology-based startups through technology transfer and initial investment attraction linkage between startups, research institutes/universities, and investment institutions through the Deep Tech Studio, following last year.
The recruitment target is a prospective entrepreneur located in Daejeon or a startup company within the past 7 years, and is scheduled to transfer public technology from universities and government-funded research institutes in the Daejeon area by 2025. Companies that wish to attract investment from technology holding companies (investment companies, etc.) for startup and commercialization utilizing the public technology are eligible to apply.
Daejeon Innovation Center plans to select companies with high potential for commercialization and investment attraction by utilizing promising commercialization technologies from universities and government-funded research institutes in the Daejeon area. The selected companies will be provided with various support, including ▲public technology exploration and matching ▲business model (BM) advancement ▲meetups in connection with investment institutions ▲technology transfer fee of 15 million won ▲IR and follow-up support.
