Senior care specialist company Caring (CEO Taeseong Kim) announced that it signed a business agreement with Juwol Barun Orthopedic Clinic (Director Hyeonhak Kim) and will strengthen seniors’ accessibility to medical care by linking care services and medical care.
This business agreement was established as part of Caring's integrated medical system to support the daily health management of the elderly by linking care and medical services and to help them respond quickly to dangerous situations.
Caring and Juwol Barun Orthopedic Clinic will provide senior care-related health management education and medical information and operate a systematic system that can link medical services to support seniors to enjoy a healthier old age.
Caring is a company that provides long-term care services such as home nursing, day care, and level counseling. Since 2022, it has been providing customized medical services to recipients and has established an 'integrated medical system' that can comprehensively manage the health status of elderly patients.
The integrated medical system aims to establish a home-centered health care system that links beneficiaries in need of medical services with general hospitals or nursing hospitals so that they can receive appropriate medical services and quickly return to the community.
Kim Ji-soo, head of the Honam branch of Caring, said, “Since the health of senior citizens’ joints and muscles is an important factor in determining their walking ability, cooperation with orthopedic surgery will be of great help in increasing the mobility and independence of senior citizens.” He added, “We will continue to strengthen our partnerships with specialized hospitals and do our best to ensure that senior citizens can enjoy a dignified and healthy old age.”
Meanwhile, Caring is continuously expanding its medical partnerships with specialized hospitals specializing in community-based nursing, such as by forming a partnership with THE Seonyo Hospital in the Honam region last year to provide care and medical services together.
