Allsign, participating in '2025 World IT Show'

Modusign Co., Ltd. announced on the 21st that it will participate in the '2025 World IT Show' held at COEX in Seoul from April 24th to 26th and introduce electronic signature and AI-based contract management solutions that support the digital transformation of companies and public institutions.

Hosted by the Ministry of Science and ICT and co-hosted by nine organizations including the Korea International Trade Association and the Korea ICT Promotion Association, this event is sponsored by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and is a large-scale exhibition with major companies and organizations in the AI and ICT fields from 17 countries around the world. With a total of 1,300 booths, this event is designed as a place for exchange where the latest technology trends and industry outlooks can be shared and real business opportunities can be sought.

Through this exhibition, Modusign will focus on introducing the new AI contract management solution, ‘Modusign Cabinet’, along with the electronic signature service. Booth visitors can experience various contents such as electronic signature experience, AI contract management service demo, customized consultation, and prize event.

In addition, during the 'New Product & New Technology Presentation' held during the event, the main functions and use cases of the 'Modusign Cabinet' will be presented to executives and staff of large and medium-sized companies and investment firms invited to source new technologies and explore cooperation.

Modusign's electronic signature service is web-based and allows you to easily create, send, sign, and store contracts, and provides security features such as digital signatures, identity verification, and audit trail certificates. Integration with external solutions such as Slack and Salesforce and automation of work through APIs are also possible. A build-type service is also provided, so you can selectively introduce it according to your company's IT environment.

For public solutions, it is based on the CSAP certified infrastructure that meets the standards for introducing private cloud to public institutions, and supports functions tailored to public institutions, such as advanced electronic document management system, rapid signature collection, and real-time progress confirmation.

Modusign's new product, 'Modusign Cabinet', is a contract management service that utilizes AI technology to automatically extract data from contracts, provide smart notifications, provide dashboards, and provide integrated search and management functions. It can maximize the value of a company's contract assets through functions that efficiently manage complex contract data and support the derivation of business insights.
