Bitsronextec, a cutting-edge future science tech leader, announced on the 18th that it had submitted a preliminary listing application to the Korea Exchange for listing on KOSDAQ. The lead manager for the listing is NH Investment & Securities.
BitsroNextek, which was spun off from Bitsrotech’s special business division in 2016, is conducting business based on high value-added technologies such as ▲aerospace ▲nuclear fusion energy ▲accelerator ▲plasma environment business.
Through its aerospace business, Bitsronextec manufactures combustors, gas generators, heat exchangers, and cryogenic flexible pipes that are applied to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd stage engines of the Korean Space Launch Vehicle (KSLV-II). Based on its outstanding design and manufacturing capabilities, it contributed to the successful launch of Nuri by supplying the largest rocket engine component in Korean history for the first time in Korea. Bitsronextec is currently participating in the Nuri advancement project and the next-generation launch vehicle project, and is manufacturing and supplying rocket engine components for the 4th to 6th launches of Nuri, which are scheduled to begin this year.
In the nuclear fusion sector, we have secured the development and supply capabilities of core components such as plasma countermeasure devices (PFC), diverters, and diagnostic devices. We are participating in the global nuclear fusion research projects of the Korean fusion reactor (K-STAR) and the International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor (ITER), and our technological prowess is recognized by leading institutions both domestically and internationally.
In the accelerator sector, we have carried out the development project of an 80MW-class high-power klystron together with the Pohang Accelerator Laboratory, and secured the only klystron production and performance evaluation technology in Korea. We have also succeeded in domestically producing accelerator parts applicable to medical and industrial applications for the first time in Korea, contributing to significantly reducing dependence on overseas countries.
The environmental business provides waste treatment solutions based on high-temperature plasma technology, and is currently promoting exports to regions with strong environmental regulations such as Japan and Europe. In Korea, the company is expanding its market based on installation performance in military bases, national parks, etc., and plans to leap forward as a company that realizes green growth and carbon neutrality through eco-friendly waste treatment technology based on high-temperature plasma systems.
“Based on our unrivaled technological prowess, we will further strengthen our position in the global market,” said Byung-ho Lee, CEO of Bitsronextec. “We will leap forward as a market-leading company in next-generation cutting-edge technology fields such as aerospace, nuclear fusion, and plasma.”
