Paradot, which operates the artificial intelligence (AI)-based video creation platform 'Carat', announced on the 21st that it will supply 'Carat Biz', an AI video production solution for enterprises, to LG Uplus.
'Carat Biz' is a B2B service that provides corporate customers with the world's major image and video creation models, such as Google Imagen 3, Runway, and Flux, without any execution limit. Compared to subscribing to each model individually, it can save up to 75% in costs, and is characterized by both production efficiency and cost competitiveness.
The solution includes tools specialized for video production, such as the 'video lip sync' function that automatically synthesizes the mouth shape and voice of a person in the video, and the 'image learning' function that learns specific people or objects and reflects them in the content. It is designed so that even non-experts can produce high-quality content relatively easily.
Through this introduction, LG Uplus plans to utilize the Carat platform for its own advertising and marketing video production. This is part of its AI-based business innovation (AI Transformation, AX) strategy, and the plan is to strengthen content production capabilities by introducing AI technology across all business operations.
Paradot will also operate an AI creator mentoring program to support smooth introduction by LG U+ practitioners. Creators with extensive experience in AI-based content production, such as Ryan Osling, Yeonshinnaeho-rangi, and Kim Ddaeng-daeng, will directly participate as mentors to provide AI utilization education and practical support.
“AI is establishing itself as a productivity innovation tool that can significantly improve the work capabilities of practitioners in various industries,” said Jang Jin-wook, CEO of Paradot. “Carat plans to continuously advance various functions so that it can be utilized across the content and entertainment industries in the future.”
