
Proptech solution company Trustay (CEO Seung-oh Lee) announced on the 14th that it signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) with building management company KB Aju (CEO Tae-in Kim) to build a smart residential environment.
According to the agreement, the two companies plan to apply their innovative technology-based proptech solutions, ‘Home Knock Town’ and ‘Home Knock Zone,’ to approximately 250 apartment complexes and residential and commercial spaces nationwide managed by KB Aju to provide residents with a safe living environment and efficient operational services.
Homeknock Town is a mobile-based integrated housing platform for the convenience of apartment residents, members, and managers nationwide. It provides over 20 functions, including visiting parking for residential and commercial building management, resident bulletin boards, and voting for occupancy, as an integrated housing management solution, and approximately 350,000 residents in 312 apartment complexes nationwide are using the service. Residents in the complex can conveniently reserve facilities and transparently manage community facilities through the community facility management service Homeknock Zone.
Kim Tae-in, CEO of KB Aju, said, “The core of the integrated housing management solution is to reflect the voices of residential facility managers and those in the field,” adding, “We will work to connect the field and technology and create a safe and comfortable living environment for residents.”
Lee Seung-oh, CEO of Trustay, said, “Through this agreement, we will establish ourselves as a premium residential environment platform that takes into account both the safety and convenience of residents through KB Aju’s management know-how and Trustay’s technological prowess.”
