Assemble Corporation “2024 operating profit rate of 13%, global profitability in full swing”

Assemble Corporation (CEO Sang-gon Lee), an IT-based global commerce platform company, announced on the 18th that it achieved double-digit operating profit for the first time since its founding, recording an operating profit rate of 13% in 2024.

Assemble Corporation is a company that exports various K-products, including K-beauty, fashion, and food, to the entire world based on its own developed global commerce solution.
In particular, the company has been focusing its investment on IT technology development and global infrastructure expansion, centering on its own marketplace, ‘Gomi Mall.’

CEO Lee Sang-gon explained, “We have been actively investing in improving the Gomi Mall platform and establishing a global distribution network, but recently, due to the rapidly cooling trend of the capital market, we have shifted to a management strategy centered on efficiency.” He added, “We have strategically utilized key personnel and human resources of overseas subsidiaries to maximize profitability and efficiency.”

In addition, Assemble Corporation is expanding its presence in the global market by accumulating successful cases of localization of various K-brands based on its own solutions and local marketing capabilities.

Meanwhile, Assemble Corporation has set its 2025 management goals of achieving sales of over 50 billion won and operating profit of over 4 billion won on a separate basis. With the recent improvement in Korea-China relations and the gradual easing of THAAD restrictions, its network in the Chinese market is also being strengthened, and future performance is drawing attention.
