Welcare Integrated Nursing Center and Songpa Women's New Work Center Sign Business Agreement

The 'Wellcare Integrated Nursing Center' operated by Wellcare Station Co., Ltd. announced on April 18 that it signed a business agreement (MOU) with Songpa Women's New Work Center (Director Geun-soo Yoo) to create jobs for female nurses who have taken a break from their careers and resolve the shortage of workers in the visiting nursing field.

This agreement was made to support the reemployment of nurses whose careers were interrupted by childbirth and childcare, and to simultaneously solve the problem of supply and demand of professional manpower in the field of visiting nursing. Through the agreement, the two organizations plan to promote ▲exchange of information on professional manpower training education ▲employment support through the establishment of a job cooperation network ▲cooperation in the priority hiring of excellent manpower ▲introduction of a work-family balance system and improvement of treatment for female workers ▲provision of on-site training and field trip opportunities for trainees ▲cooperation in external publicity, etc.

Songpa Women's New Job Center plans to build a win-win cooperation model in which the center will discover nursing professionals who wish to find jobs, and the Wellcare Integrated Nursing Center will support them by training them as visiting nursing professionals through its own job competency enhancement program, 'NurseUp', and even providing support for employment.

Home nursing is gaining attention as a job suitable for nursing staff who have had a career gap and need to balance childcare and work, as it offers flexible working hours and allows flexible work hours. In particular, as demand increases due to the accelerated aging of the population, it is evaluated as a stable job.

The 'Nurse Up' course operated by the Wellcare Integrated Nursing Center is a practical education program that focuses on practical content that can be applied in the field, such as geriatric disease care, chronic disease management, home nursing record writing, and emergency response. Field trips and practical training opportunities are also provided so that nurses with hospital-based work experience can effectively adapt to the home environment.

In addition, the Wellcare Integrated Nursing Center is striving to create a female-friendly work environment by introducing flexible work hours and flexible working hours to help female workers balance work and family life, and by continuing efforts to improve treatment.
