Kkong signs business agreement with Ilmambaekman

Kkong Co., Ltd. and Ilmanbaek Co., Ltd., a generative AI video technology company, signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) at the Ilmanbaek Co., Ltd. office in Seoul on April 10, 2025.

Through this agreement, the two companies plan to establish a cooperative system in the digital content production and distribution sector targeting public institutions and jointly promote video content production services that incorporate generative AI technology. Kkong will be in charge of all content based on its capabilities in operating social media channels such as YouTube and Shorts, as well as planning and producing video content, while Ilmanbaek will provide cutting-edge video production solutions based on generative AI technology.

Through this agreement, the representatives of both companies expressed their intention to combine their respective technologies and experiences to enhance the digital communication capabilities of public institutions and implement an innovative content production model. Lee Ju-won, CEO of Kkong, said, “In order to communicate effectively in the public sector, a combination of technology and content is necessary,” and “Through this agreement, we will present a new standard.” Kim Yu-seok, CEO of Ilmanbaekman, said, “We will expand practical use cases of generative AI technology in the public sector and contribute to accelerating digital transformation.”
