Meissa Inc., a drone and spatial data company, announced on April 16, 2025 that it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for a strategic partnership with Liberaware Co., Ltd., a Japanese drone manufacturing and development company.
This MOU was signed electronically between Meisa Headquarters (Seoul, South Korea) and Liberaware Headquarters (Chiba, Japan), and the two companies plan to explore joint business opportunities and expand cooperation in both markets based on this agreement.
The two companies will develop joint solutions that can be applied to various industrial sites by linking Meisa’s spatial data analysis platform and Liberaware’s small industrial drone product line, the IBIS series, and promote marketing and business activities based on this. In addition, they will seek mutual cooperation in the 3D data-based business sector and also plan to conduct joint marketing activities for the two companies’ products.
“This agreement will serve as a foundation for enhancing competitiveness in the Korean and Japanese markets and creating new business opportunities based on the technologies and products owned by both companies,” said Kim Young-hoon, Vice President (CBO) of Meisa.
