DeWail selected as supplier for '2025 SME Cloud Service Distribution and Expansion Project'

DeWail , which operates the continuous performance management solution 'CLAP', announced on the 17th that it was selected as a supplier for the '2025 SME Cloud Service Distribution and Expansion Project' (hereinafter referred to as the 'Cloud Service Voucher Project') hosted by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the National IT Industry Promotion Agency.

The cloud service voucher project is a project in which the government and service providers jointly support up to 80% of the cost of cloud services used by companies, with the goal of strengthening the digital competitiveness of companies. Through this, small and medium-sized companies are being helped to promote digital transformation and establish efficient management strategies by utilizing cloud services. A total of 252 demand companies are participating in this year's project.

Through this business, Deweil provides its continuous performance management solution 'CLAP' to small and medium-sized enterprises that need performance management process innovation. CLAP is a solution that combines the advantages of HR SaaS and SI development, and can be customized to fit the customer's personnel evaluation and performance management through various OPEN APIs. Main functions include performance evaluation, goal setting (OKR, KPI), peer feedback, and 1:1 meetings (1on1).

Deweil CEO Gu Ja-wook said, “Existing HR SaaS had limitations in implementing a performance management system that reflected a company’s unique internal culture,” and “CLAP will be a partner that will help small and medium-sized businesses reflect their own personnel evaluation and performance management systems.”
