Spandit Signs Business Agreement with Business On

Spendit Co., Ltd., which operates the corporate expenditure and cost management platform ‘ Spendit ’, announced on the 17th that it has signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) with BusinessOn Communication (hereinafter BusinessOn), which provides the electronic tax invoice service ‘Smart Bill’.

Through this agreement, the two companies plan to link their respective main services to provide customers with a more integrated business operation solution and jointly propose complementary services to reduce inefficiencies in the expense processing and tax invoice collection process.

Spandit is a SaaS-based expense management platform that automates the entire expense processing process, including automatic collection of corporate and personal card usage history, expense regulation review, electronic approval, ERP integration, and budget management. It is being utilized by various companies as a solution to improve work efficiency for both practitioners and managers.

Business On holds a high market share in the electronic tax invoice market through ‘Smart Bill’, which processes more than 1.5 billion electronic documents annually, and provides services covering all areas of finance, including receipt of tax invoices, VAT processing, and accounting linkage.

Through this agreement, companies using SmartBill that need to automate expense processing will be able to build a more efficient cost management system by linking with Spandit’s service, while Spandit customers that need to process tax invoices will be able to create an environment where they can systematically issue electronic tax invoices and manage accounting documents through SmartBill.

Spandit said, “Expense processing and tax invoices are essential areas for business operations, but they are often operated under different systems, resulting in inefficiencies.” They added, “This collaboration will be a good example of how specialized solutions in these two areas can be linked to create synergy.”

Business On said, “Smart Bill is meeting the demands of various companies for electronic tax invoice linkage, and we expect the opportunity to expand our services to the expense management field through this collaboration with Spandit.”
