Cloudera Unveils Core Strategies for Enabling Enterprise AI at Partner Day

Cloudera (CEO Choi Seung-cheol of Cloudera Korea), a true hybrid platform company for data, analytics, and AI, held ‘Partner Day 2025 Korea’ at Oakwood Premier COEX on the 16th.

Partner Day is an event to share strategic visions with Cloudera’s domestic partners and clients, Mirae Asset Securities, and introduce application cases that address key industry needs. A total of 40 partner companies, including Good Morning I-Tech and Kolon Benit, attended this event.

Choi Seung-cheol, CEO of Cloudera Korea, said in his welcoming speech, “Cloudera is an industry leader that provides a platform for data, analytics, and AI in a hybrid cloud environment. Based on its outstanding performance and experience, it is providing solutions to major Korean companies.” He continued, “Last year, Cloudera was the first in the industry to launch the ‘Enterprise AI Ecosystem’ and is providing comprehensive enterprise AI solutions by joining forces with companies such as NVIDIA, AWS, Crew AI, and Anthropic. Cloudera is realizing its vision of enterprise AI based on the latest open data lake architecture and the Cloudera AI platform.”

Following the welcoming remarks, Cloudera Korea Managing Director Ho-Joong Kim took the time to introduce Cloudera’s key strategies and products this year. He presented the importance of ‘AI-Ready Data’, a trend in the enterprise AI market, the rise of ‘AI agents’, and the transition to ‘large-scale private AI’, and explained Cloudera’s solutions to support enterprises’ AI and ML journeys.

Wooram Lee, manager at Mirae Asset Securities, who took the podium to present a customer success story, said, “We were able to successfully build an ‘AI Market Assistant’ that analyzes various technical indicators and news in real time through Cloudera.” He continued, “To this end, we introduced Cloudera DataFlow and utilized Apache Kafka, Apache Flink, and Apache NiFi functions, and were able to collect and analyze stock price data, collect and load news data, and perform data operations in real time.”

Next, Sang-gyu Kang, Senior Manager of Kolon Benit Data Platform Business Team, who presented a successful case of partnership with Cloudera, shared a case of implementing an integrated infrastructure that efficiently processes large amounts of data and even enables AI analysis using Iceberg based on Cloudera. Through this, they were able to proactively respond to the needs of financial companies looking to expand or replace existing data warehouses, and they said they plan to apply it to various industries in the future.

Choi Seung-cheol, CEO of Cloudera Korea, said, “Cloudera will continue to develop its partner network program for mutual growth with partners,” and “We will actively support domestic partners based on product trust, sales compensation, technology, and sales training. Customers will be able to effectively respond to the rapidly changing AI era through more comprehensive and customized solutions provided by Cloudera and its partners.”
