Unity (NYSE: U), the world's leading real-time 3D content creation and growth platform, announced that it successfully concluded its global developer conference 'Unite Seoul 2025' held at COEX on the 15th.

'Unite Seoul 2025' was held under the slogan 'Create Today, Grow Tomorrow' and included presentations of next-generation development solutions, practical technology sessions, indie project showcases, and networking programs.

The event was attended by approximately 2,900 domestic and international developers and game industry professionals who looked into Unity's latest features and practical application cases and shared insights.

“The Unity platform is designed to let developers develop how and where they want. Whether they’re releasing on mobile, PC, or console, Unity’s goal is to help them avoid having to compromise between stability, new features, high quality, and versatility,” said Matt Bromberg, CEO and President of Unity, who made his first visit to Korea since taking office.

He added, “Korea holds a very special place in Unity’s history. We have been working together in Korea for nearly 15 years and have always been inspired by the amazing innovations driving the Korean game industry.”

Song Min-seok, CEO of Unity Korea, said, “Over the past few years, the developer community has faced new technologies, market changes, and numerous challenges in the creative process, but as always, we have imagined the unprecedented and awakened the possibilities of everything that can be created.” He continued, “Korean games have been able to grow thanks to the passion of creators,” and “Unity will continue to listen more closely to the voices of developers and strive to be a strong partner based on a deep understanding of the Korean game market.”

Adam Smith, SVP of Product, Engine at Unity, announced a major update, Unity 6.1, coming later this month, and a roadmap for building AI-driven workflows. “Unity is committed to delivering the highest performing player experience on the widest range of devices, while supporting the highest quality development tools. In addition to the Unity 6.1 update that will deliver higher frame rates, improved device performance, and easier optimization, we’ll also be adding features that provide real-time diagnostic insights that are essential to stabilizing player experiences later this year,” he said, heralding an innovative evolution.
