Candidate Biz , a recruitment automation solution, has been selected as a supplier for the 2025 SME Cloud Service Distribution and Expansion Project (Cloud Voucher) hosted by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups. With this selection, SMEs will be able to introduce the service by utilizing up to 10 million won in government subsidies.
Candidate Biz is a platform that automates the entire hiring process, including writing job advertisements, analyzing resumes, automatically generating interview questions, communicating with applicants, and guiding interview schedules. It was developed to reduce the burden of repetitive tasks and increase efficiency in small and medium-sized businesses that lack dedicated HR personnel.
This selection of suppliers is interpreted as a result of Candidate Biz's high evaluation of its HR solution as one that practically meets the digital transformation needs of small and medium-sized enterprises.
A Candidate Biz official said, “We expect that small and medium-sized businesses that have had difficulty introducing recruitment solutions will be able to build a digital recruitment environment more easily due to the selection of this cloud voucher supplier,” and “We plan to operate a dedicated route that supports the entire process from application writing to introduction, and also provide customized consulting to companies in demand.”
