Beple Inc., which operates a job search platform based on video and reference verification, and Aramark Inc., a global integrated food service company, have signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) for recruitment innovation. This agreement was signed on April 9, 2025 at Aramark headquarters in Hannam-dong, Seoul, and is a joint decision by the two companies to effectively respond to the rapidly changing recruitment environment and establish a transparent and efficient talent matching system.
The main content of this agreement is to introduce the short-form video introduction and reference-based verification system of the recruitment service 'Bepeople' operated by Beple Co., Ltd. to Aramark's recruitment process. The key is to create a talent recruitment environment that can verify actual work capabilities and attitudes, moving away from the existing document-based recruitment method. Through this, job seekers will have the opportunity to express their capabilities more effectively, and companies will be provided with a recruitment process that allows them to make more accurate talent judgments.
Under the agreement, Aramark will post job openings for itself and its affiliates on the Bepeople platform, and Bepeople will provide objective evaluations of applicants through an AI-based reference score system to support effective competency verification. In addition, the two companies will gradually promote various collaborations, such as sharing talent pools and operating joint recruitment campaigns.
Bepeople is an all-in-one recruitment platform that integrates video-based resumes, AI reference verification, and interview scheduling and management functions. This service allows job seekers to effectively express their capabilities and individuality through videos, and provides companies with an opportunity to see the real side of talent that is difficult to see through paper resumes. In particular, the reference verification system reduces recruitment mismatches, enabling optimized matching for both companies and job seekers.
Bepeople Co-CEO Lee Chang-sun said, “We are delighted that through this agreement with Aramark, we can now support efficient and accurate recruitment processes for the operation of approximately 350 in-house restaurants and affiliates,” and added, “We will continue our long-term partnership and contribute to creating a recruitment ecosystem that satisfies both companies and job seekers.” He added, “Through collaboration with various companies including Aramark, we will develop Korea’s recruitment culture based on systematic reference verification and build a trustworthy recruitment environment.”
