Understanding Lifestyle, which provides furniture subscription services, announced on the 15th that it signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) with SL Platform, a comprehensive real estate service platform company of Shinyoung Group.
Through this agreement, the two companies plan to jointly develop and operate a ‘subscription concierge service for high-end complex residents.’ Through this, they plan to provide residents with a more convenient and differentiated residential service experience.
SL Platform is a company that leads real estate asset management and residential service innovation, and has continuously developed customized services for residents in high-end residential complexes such as Brighton Yeouido, Brighton Hannam, and Brighton Nonhyeon. This agreement focuses on further increasing the value of residential space by combining SL Platform’s high-end residential space service with Ihae Lifestyle’s subscription model.
The core of the collaboration between the two companies is the 'Subscription Concierge Service', which allows residents to freely subscribe to furniture, home appliances, and accessories that fit their lifestyles and receive professional management services. Residents can choose from a variety of products and services that make up their living spaces, from monthly subscriptions to the first joint subscription system in Korea.
Lee Sang-moo, CEO of SL Platform, said, “Through this collaboration, we can go beyond simply providing space and provide customized services that reflect the tastes and lifestyles of residents.”
Kim Nam-seok, CEO of Ihae Lifestyle, said, “As consumers are entering an era where they prefer subscriptions over ownership, we expect that this agreement will allow us to provide flexible and personalized high-end subscription services to SL Platform residents.”
