Codebox selected as supplier for '2025 SME Cloud Service Distribution and Expansion Project'

Codebox, which operates the all-in-one corporate operation management solution ' ZUZU ', has been selected as a supplier for the '2025 SME Cloud Service Distribution and Expansion Project' hosted by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA) for two consecutive years.

This project is a program in which the government supports the cost of introducing cloud services to promote the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises. In the general support sector, up to 10 million won is supported for usage fees, and in the intensive support sector, up to 80 million won is supported. Applications and selections for demand companies are made through the cloud service support portal.

Codebox, selected as a supplier, operates 'ZUZU', an integrated SaaS platform for startups and small and medium-sized enterprises. ZUZU is a platform that can comprehensively handle major corporate operational tasks such as shareholder registry management, stock option (including RSU) design and management, salary and compensation management, investment attraction support, and corporate registration automation.

In particular, this year, with the addition of advanced features such as investment attraction support based on IR document analysis and stock compensation simulation tools, the accessibility of ZUZU adoption using cloud vouchers is expected to increase significantly.

Seo Kwang-yeol, CEO of Codebox, said, “This is a result of ZUZU’s marketability and technological prowess being recognized once again,” and added, “We will continue to provide stable services so that small and medium-sized businesses can achieve digital transformation more efficiently.”
