Wonkang Co., Ltd., a company specializing in construction parts for foundation work, announced that it participated in the world's largest construction machinery fair 'Bauma 2025' held in Munich, Germany from April 7 to 13, exhibiting its main products and expanding its business network with global buyers.
'Bauma' is a large-scale industrial exhibition where major companies in the fields of construction machinery, building material machinery, mining machinery, and construction equipment from around the world participate. Wonkang exhibited major parts such as BC Cutter Teeth, BCF9/BCF10 gearbox, mud pump, and cutting wheel at this exhibition. The exhibited products are core parts of heavy equipment for basic construction, and received positive responses from visitors and overseas buyers based on their precise technology, durability, and quality.
Wonkang specializes in producing various construction machinery parts such as BC32, BC35, and BC40, and has achieved export performance of approximately USD 3.4 million over the past year through technology development and high-quality supply of high-performance basic construction parts. Currently, the company is exporting products to 17 countries including Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Turkey, India, Singapore, and Dubai.
Wonkang's Total Foundation R&D Center (Director Heo Yeop), located in Magok, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, is producing high-quality products through continuous research and development, and is also working to strengthen technological competitiveness by conducting joint research with the Construction and Technology Research Institute. It currently holds six patents, two domestic trademarks, and three foreign trademarks, and has a quality management system that meets international standards through ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 certifications.
In addition, Wonkang is continuously participating in major international exhibitions such as BAUMA and CONEXPO to increase brand awareness in overseas markets. In 2023, it won the $2 million export tower award, and in 2024, it won the $3 million export tower award. It has also proven its corporate competitiveness through various achievements such as being selected as an excellent venture company by the Venture Business Association and acquiring membership in the Busan Bright Club.
Meanwhile, Wonkang is establishing a cooperative system with its sister companies Wonkang Superhard and Eugene Erection Development Industry Co., Ltd. to provide customized services to customers, and plans to further strengthen its position in the global construction equipment market through continuous technological innovation in the future.
