Enterprise solution specialist Younglimwon Softlab announced on the 14th that it has signed a strategic business agreement with management support platform company Itnes to expand the management support market based on enterprise resource planning (ERP) and to foster payroll management operation experts.
This agreement is part of a strategic collaboration to combine the ERP technology and digital operation capabilities of both companies to jointly plan and operate an integrated solution covering all management support services, including human resources, general affairs, and compensation, and to seek entry into the global market in the long term.
According to the business agreement, the two companies will pursue collaboration in three key areas: ▲joint commercialization of ERP-based management support services, ▲joint development and system linkage of wage compensation functions, and ▲operation of training courses to cultivate payroll operation experts.
Yeonglimwon Softlab is a company that has developed and supplied an ERP system that can manage the core business activities of a company, such as accounting, production, purchasing, personnel, and payroll, with its own technology. In particular, through customized solutions for each industry, it has actual construction results not only in domestic companies but also in overseas markets such as Japan, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Nepal.
Etners is a business process outsourcing (BPO) company with digital operation capabilities in HR, general affairs, and other management support fields, and supports the work efficiency of its clients through various proprietary solutions. Representative solutions include ▲Etners Smart Request Manager (ESRM), a work request automation system ▲Etners Smart AI (ESAI), an AI-based consulting system ▲Maemi Chat, a chatbot and messenger integration platform ▲OCR-based welfare automation platform, etc.
By organically linking these solutions with the ERP system, Itnes aims to advance the digital transformation of corporate-tailored operational services and, in particular, build an ERP-based management support innovation model that integrates automation of payroll management, computerization of evaluation and compensation systems, and AI customer response functions.
In addition, based on this agreement, the two companies plan to jointly operate a 'Payroll Expert Certification Course' to systematically train specialized personnel specializing in payroll and compensation operations and present standardized expertise in the field to the market. Furthermore, based on Younglimwon Softlab's global ERP infrastructure and Itnes' operational technology, they plan to jointly promote the overseas expansion of the 'K-General Affairs' model.
Yeonglimwon Softlab CEO Kwon Young-beom said, “This agreement is an important starting point for realizing an integrated management support service that combines ERP technology and operational expertise,” and added, “We will continue to advance technology and innovate services so that the cooperation model between our two companies can become a new standard for global management support solutions beyond Korea.”
Itnes CEO Im Gak-gyun said, “The combination of ERP and AI-based digital operation capabilities is a strategic response to prepare for the era of AI transformation (AX) beyond the actual digital transformation (DX) model,” adding, “We will strengthen our role as a company leading the innovation of management support services in the future.”
