CLASSIS, Participating in the 2025 Spring Conference of the Korean Society for the Study of Obesity and Plastic Surgery

Classis Co., Ltd. (CEO Seunghan Baek) successfully concluded the event by exhibiting its representative equipment and presenting cumulative clinical results and various treatment solutions at the Spring Academic Conference of the Korean Society for the Treatment of Obesity (KOAT) held at the Parnas Hotel in Seoul on the 13th.

At this academic conference, CLASSIS exhibited five representative products, including its global blockbuster products, the focused ultrasound HIFU Shrink Universe, monopolar RF (MRF) volnumer, laser devices Ripot and Curas Hybrid, and Portra that simultaneously irradiates four wavelengths, and gave a total of seven academic lectures sharing the technology explanations, utilization know-how, and clinical results of each product. In particular, the synergy effect of the two devices was emphasized by intensively discussing the clinical results and utilization methods of the combined energy-based treatment of focused ultrasound (HIFU) and monopolar RF (MRF) using the Shrink Universe and volnumer. In addition, the meaningful lecture sharing the know-how on the Ripot laser, which is gaining attention as a method to improve pigmented diseases, caught the attention of industry attendees.

Meanwhile, as the brand awareness of Classis spreads, the number of related clinical papers is also steadily increasing. The number of global clinical papers containing the company's main technologies, such as Shrink and Volumer, exceeded 50 last year. This is a 51.5% increase from the previous year, and scientific evidence for microneedle RF (MNRF) and laser products is also being accumulated.

A Classis official said, “At this academic conference, we were able to confirm that combined treatments to overcome the limitations of single energy-based treatments are being strategically utilized in clinical practice by medical professionals,” and added, “We will continue to strive to improve the level of treatment in the medical aesthetics field with clinical data and innovative technologies based on scientific evidence.”
