Video Monster Signs Business Agreement with UPT/PIU Tech

Video Monster, a short-form tech startup based on generative AI, has signed a business agreement (MOU) with UPT/PIU Tech, an automotive parts and sound-absorbing material manufacturing company located in Ulsan and Gyeongju, for generative AI-based short-form content and technology support.

This agreement was implemented as part of efforts to reduce the burden of business content production for manufacturing-based companies that hesitate to produce video content due to the difficulty or cost of actual filming using generative AI. The demand to effectively visualize products or processes in actual industrial sites is increasing, but most manufacturing companies are having difficulty securing professional video production personnel or equipment. The two companies plan to continue organic cooperation in technology development, content planning, and AI scenario creation in order to respond to various video demands arising in the manufacturing industry in the future.

Video Monster CBO (Chief Business Officer) Kim Kyung-woong said, “This MOU demonstrates the possibility of overcoming the technological limitations of video production and providing content that can be practically utilized in industrial settings.” He added, “We will continue to present practical solutions through AI so that manufacturing companies no longer feel burdened by video production.”

Yang Ju-young, CEO of UPT/PIU Tech, also said, “The collaboration with Video Monster is an important starting point for strengthening content-based communication, which is in growing demand in manufacturing sites,” and “AI technology will contribute to bringing about real changes across the industry.”
