Bonne, Anti-Corruption and Compliance Management System ISO International Certification Acquired

Bonne Co., Ltd. announced on the 11th that it has simultaneously obtained international certifications for the Anti-Corruption Management System (ISO 37001) and Compliance Management System (ISO 37301) as a measure to strengthen its internal control system.

The ISO 37001 and ISO 37301 that Bonne acquired this time are international standards related to anti-corruption and compliance management established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). ISO 37001 aims to systematize the analysis and management of corruption risks within an organization to enhance integrity, while ISO 37301 aims to minimize legal risks by establishing a comprehensive management system for compliance with laws.

After approximately six months of preparation, Bonne underwent internal inspections and system construction, and was evaluated by an external expert panel on overall items such as the leadership of the management, the level of awareness of employees, the internal control system, and the compliance operation system.

Through this certification, the company has officially proven that its internal control system meets international standards, and it expects that this will contribute to enhancing trust in the global market and enhancing corporate value by strengthening ethical management and organizational transparency.

CEO Kang Eun-sil said, “A management philosophy based on ethics and responsibility is one of our core values,” and added, “With this certification as an opportunity, we plan to continuously improve our internal control system and regularly provide compliance education to executives and employees.”
