'Say Hello' Ipopsoft selected as '2025 Asia Pacific High-Growth Company'

– 1.8 times growth compared to the previous year, accelerating global expansion this year

-Speaking of the cumulative number of downloads exceeds 7 million

Ipopsoft (CEO Jong-Heum Park and Young-Min Choi), which operates the AI English learning app ‘Speaking’, succeeded in turning a profit last year for the first time since its establishment.

Epopsoft announced on the 10th that it recorded annual sales of 22 billion won in 2024. This is an increase of approximately 83% compared to the previous year’s sales of 12 billion won, and is the best performance since its establishment. Since last year, it has also improved the accuracy of its performance by introducing accounting standards that convert annual subscription fees into monthly sales.
During the same period, operating profit was 127 million won, successfully turning a profit in just 7 years since the company was founded, compared to a deficit of 2.8 billion won the previous year. Net income for the period was 600 million won.

'Speaking' is currently being serviced in the Korean and Japanese markets, and as of February of this year, it has surpassed 7 million cumulative downloads. This is an increase of 2 million from 5 million a year ago, and continues to grow.

CEO Park Jong-heum said, “We achieved our first profit by increasing the number of Malhaboka users and improving cost efficiency,” and “In the first half of this year, we plan to advance into global markets such as Taiwan and Spanish-speaking countries while improving our services.”

Meanwhile, Malhaboka is recognized for its high level of educational completeness and user satisfaction by combining comprehensive learning content covering all areas of English, including vocabulary, grammar, and listening, with gamification elements.
