Table Order Company T-Order is further solidifying its market leadership by achieving a cumulative payment amount of KRW 10 trillion via tablets.
Teaorder is on a rapid upward curve, surpassing KRW 10 trillion in just two months after reaching KRW 9 trillion in cumulative payment in February. The cumulative payment amount is the actual amount paid by customers after ordering through Teaorder at the table since the launch of the Teaorder service in 2019.
Regarding the reason for the steep increase in cumulative payment amount, Teaorder analyzed that the reason for the increase was that the number of Teaorder installations increased in various industries, including the restaurant industry, such as bowling alleys, kids cafes, and golf courses, leading to an increase in payment amount.
Another reason cited was that the tea order screen is always placed on the guest table, so the menu and restaurant name are continuously displayed on the tea order screen even during the meal, which naturally leads to an increase in additional orders for alcoholic beverages and side dishes.
A Teaorder official said, “Teaorder has surpassed 10 trillion won in cumulative payment amount, establishing itself as a key infrastructure that changes the flow of restaurants beyond simple contactless orders.” He added, “We are also strengthening our technological capabilities so that customers can quickly and error-free ordering through Teaorder at restaurants, hotels, etc.”
