Colosseum Signs Business Agreement with Mirai Consulting Group of Japan

Colosseum Corporation (hereinafter referred to as Colosseum) announced on the 8th that it signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) with Mirai Consulting Group, a Japanese comprehensive consulting firm, in Tokyo, Japan. Through this agreement, Colosseum plans to make a full-fledged entry into the Japanese logistics market and strengthen its localization strategy.

The main contents of this agreement are to establish a sustainable cooperation system based on the expertise of both companies, to establish a joint strategy for entering the global market, and to expand business opportunities in Japan and Korea. In particular, it is expected to be an important opportunity to provide practical logistics and IT-based support to domestic distribution and manufacturing companies wishing to enter the Japanese market.

Through this MOU, Colosseum plans to expand its strategic partnerships with companies that own logistics warehouses in Japan and secure IT and logistics consulting clients in Japan. In addition, it plans to actively expand its presence in the Japanese market by establishing a local subsidiary.
