AI-based sales coaching solution company KDILAB (CEO Bae Soo-jung) and sales content production company RealSales (Co-CEOs Hwang Hyeon-jin and Joo Tae-woong) announced on the 10th that they have signed a business agreement to develop a customized solution for practical speaking skills in the ‘language of living customers.’ At the business agreement ceremony held at KDILAB’s headquarters in Mapo-gu, Seoul, discussions were held on ways to utilize KDILAB’s solution, ‘Sokind,’ to strengthen the practical capabilities of insurance designers.
This agreement aims to combine KDILAB's expertise in providing AI-based speaking practice training to major domestic insurance companies such as DB Insurance, Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance, Samsung Life Insurance, Hanwha Life Insurance, Hanwha General Insurance, Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance, MetLife Life Insurance, Kyobo Life Insurance, and Dongyang Life Insurance with RealSales' know-how in producing sales content for 'living customer language', to support insurance designers to communicate more effectively with actual customers and improve sales performance.
Through its AI-based sales coaching solution, 'Sokind', KDILAB precisely analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of designers and provides customized training programs for each individual. In particular, the AI, which has learned over 100,000 cases of actual consultation data, comprehensively analyzes not only the designers' verbal expressions but also nonverbal communication elements such as facial expressions and gazes, and objectively suggests areas for improvement. This is KDILAB's unique technological strength that differentiates it from existing AI solutions, and it is contributing to improving overall communication skills in actual customer consultation environments. An official from an insurance company that introduced Sokind said, "Designers actively utilized the training contents in real-life situations, and their confidence increased noticeably. We confirmed that designers who consistently utilized the solution actually had an increased contract closing rate," proving its effectiveness.
Real Sales develops and provides effective 'living customer language' sales content through conversations with real customers. It contains practical techniques necessary to identify hidden needs of customers, build empathy, and build trust, so designers can immediately apply them in the field.
The two companies plan to install the content developed through this agreement into KDILAB's 'SoKind' system, allowing designers to enhance their practical sense through role-playing in an environment similar to actual consulting situations. In particular, they plan to develop customized sales methods that take into account the characteristics of each company and customer base, and provide them in the form of content that can effectively learn them.
Insurance industry insiders said, “Strengthening customer communication capabilities in line with the digital age is emerging as a key task for insurance companies,” and predicted, “The combination of AI-based solutions and field-centered content will be a catalyst that accelerates the industry’s digital transformation.”
Bae Soo-jung, CEO of KDILAB, said, “Based on the understanding and technical skills of the insurance sales education system that we have built up through collaboration with various insurance companies, we will support designers to communicate with customers with more confidence in real-life situations together with Real Sales.” He added, “After achieving clear results in the insurance field first, we plan to expand our business areas to various fields such as finance and services in the future.”
Hwang Hyun-jin, Co-CEO of RealSales, said, “The collaboration with CDLab is a great opportunity to further develop RealSales’ content production capabilities and create new value in the sales training field,” adding, “We will strive to combine the strengths of both companies to provide practical help in improving our customers’ sales performance.”
