Shifty , an integrated human resources management solution company, has been selected as a supplier for the '2025 SME Cloud Service Distribution and Expansion Project' hosted by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA) for the 6th consecutive year.
This project is a government-led support program designed to support the cloud-based digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises. It is operated in a way that the government and suppliers share some of the costs so that small and medium-sized enterprises can more easily introduce cloud services. Participating small and medium-sized enterprises only have to bear about 20% of the total service cost, and the government and suppliers each bear up to 75% and 5-10%, respectively. Depending on the type of support, general support is up to 10 million won, and advanced support is up to 80 million won.
Shifty provides enterprise cloud-based human resource management solutions and supports the digital transformation of the personnel and attendance management systems of small and medium-sized businesses. Shifty’s solutions provide a variety of functions required for human resource management, such as work schedules, attendance records, vacation management, electronic approval, electronic contracts, internal messages, payroll automation, and PC-OFF functions, all in one platform. It is operated based on SaaS (Software as a Service) and is characterized by the fact that it can be easily introduced regardless of the industry or company size.
In addition, Shifty is compatible with existing solutions through its open API and integration with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Currently, Shifty is being used in over 300,000 workplaces at home and abroad, including SK, Hyundai, Lotte, Hanwha, Kakao, Siemens, Sae-A, Wonik, and Pulmuone.
Shifty CEO Shin Seung-won said, “It can be introduced with just a mobile device without device installation, and it can substantially reduce the operational burden on small and medium-sized businesses because it provides the main functions required for HR and human resources management in one solution.” He added, “We hope that this government-supported project will provide more small and medium-sized businesses with the opportunity to establish a digital human resources management system and increase work efficiency.”
